I had a great experience of Clark's. Their service was quick and reasonably priced. I'm only in VA for a short time, but I'll use Clark's any time my car has issues.

My mom's ac quit working and they charged $114.00 to fix it....still not fixed, so we brought it back only to be charged MORE money, $137.00, of which Wayne said would not be much because of the o rings, so in other words he lied to HER face. We bring it back again today and they want to charge her a THIRD time....another $100, or $800 for the evaporator coil...NOT counting the $251.77 that she already owes. They don't KNOW what the issue is, guess they go into it blindly and say, "Hey, maybe this will do it." They claim to be religious and rip people off this way?! SHAME ON THEM!
Not up front about charges and their use of scare tactics about maintenance to your car.
