So happy with Dr. Caldwell. First pediatrician I've met who actually focuses on the deeper health issues that lead to chronic problems that so many children face today, rather than just handing out prescriptions to cover up the symptoms. Supports skipping vaccinations and understands the importance of diet and sleep, etc. in supporting the immune system. What a breath of fresh air!
I made the 30 min. drive to take my sick 3m.o. baby to 2:55 appt. with his pediatrician, Dr. Caldwell. He cried for almost an hour waiting to be seen and finally fell asleep around 4:00. Dr. Caldwell's staff were friendly but told me several times that she was behind bc. she was taking care of a "sick baby", translation: your sick baby is less important. When she finally came, she hadn't reviewed the chart, didn't remember anything about us, didn't listen to me, my concerns or why I was there, hurt him examining him (not very gentle at all) which woke him up and made him cry again. I took him and left. It was traumatic and very upsetting. She is not worth the drive or time.
They are nice and all, but... no walk-ins? And a $25 fee for any missed appointment. What kinda crap is that? Im switching my daughters doctor!!!
Best pediatrician I have ever met! I drive over 100 miles to see her and never regret it! Focused on health through nutrition and life style not medication. My daughter absolutely loves Dr. Caldwell and her staff! Plus she has two waiting rooms, 1 for well checks and another for sick visits! Couldn't be happier about not having to expose my kid to sick kids when she's there for well checks!!!!
Caldwell Pediatrics has a team of friendly and experienced medical professionals. My son is always treated with respect and excellent medical care is provided.The clinic is clean and inviting with beautiful wall paintings. I would definitely recommend Caldwell Pediatrics to other parents with children with or without special needs.
