Rude, rude, rude. And on top of that the flowers are awful and very over priced. I wish we could give it 0 stars. We are new to Fort Lee and didn't know where else to go. That's one mistake we won't relive!
Called florist for flowers, pick-up, for a wake. Used website to choose flowers. Local number did not answer, was diverted to and 800 number. Tried to order flowers shown on website, they didn't know what I was talking about. So I described flowers, type, size, and container and price. Lady was very nice. She forwarded the info, plus two contact numbers to Wyatts florist, Prince George, Va. They never contacted me. My husband went to florist in person, to see what the problem was. They said they were getting ready to call, that they had only silk flowers and potted plants on hand. (This is a florist, right) husband had to settle on a potted plant. This is twice in 6 months that Wyatts florist could not deliver. Very disappointed and dissatisfied.
The flowers are awful and the design is even worse. Very over priced for what you get and the staff is very rude. Will not do business with again. There are much better florist in the area such as Blvd Florist and Flower Mart
Tried ordering flowers for my sisters graduation. They allowed me to place the order online but then called a few hours later to say they couldn't go on base to deliver because it's a hassle. They could deliver on the weekend, but that wasn't the time I requested, and asked if I could have a discount if that were the case. They said no and would just cancel the order instead. I would not recommend ordering from them!
Not nice. I don't have a lot of expertise when getting flowers and needed someone to walk me through the process. They act as though I interrupted their day by coming in. Overpriced place and I won't be back.
