I stopped in to pick up a window AC unit that had been ordered on line. I waited a minute or two before the lady at the customer service desk assisted me. She took my paperwork, and then informed me that she had called someone to bring the order to the service desk for me. Fine..So I waited...And waited. The person who assisted me left the service desk, and I waited. .And waited. Finally, I asked another employee who had been at the service desk the entire time, if she would please check on the AC unit for me as I had been waiting quite a long time. ( This person had previously been helping someone else, but was now just chatting with another associate). She picked up the phone, and also proceeded to look on the computer. The first lady came back and spoke with the second person. Turns out, the person that she (lady#1) had called to bring my order to the desk, was lady #2, who had been at the service desk the entire time I was waiting. And waiting. So lady #2 went off to get the air conditioner, and I waited. And waited. Finally, she returns, and tells girl #3 to help me put the order in my vehicle. After some discussion and confusion, both #1 associate and #3 associate too the air conditioner out and put it in my vehicle. They should rename their customer service desk the Customer Dis-service Desk.
