As a new patient you want to feel that your concerns are addressed and you are being heard as an individual and not be stereotype. I do everything as a patient that the doctor tells you.i would have felt treated as an important human being and given the benifit of a doubt. Dont we as patient do that to new doctors? That is why we choose them. I think it is very unprofessional that NO ONE can call you back with any info or update.
I have been seeing Dr Bryant for several years and she's a great dentist. Most extractions if she thinks there may be problems pulling she does encourage you to go to affordable dentures or the dental clinic at MCV.
Absolutely love Dr Bryant in dental. The place is clean and priced very reasonably for the uninsured.
I went here in 2014 and saw Dr. Grace Chiu....what a quack! Ought to pull her license. She REFUSED to send me to a specialist because everything was pre; pre-diabetic, pre-thyroid, etc. Either you have those or you do not. Also said I should have paid MORE than the $30.00 fee because she did a lot of bloodwork on me. Um, this is for low income people, I paid the price that I was given. She wanted me to come back in a few months to do MORE bloodwork. Why?! She didn't do anything about my issues! Also, there is a sign at the front desk that states you won't be refused to be seen based on your inability to pay, yet they REFUSED to see me until I did. False advertising at best. I can see WHY this place has such low ratings!
UPDATE: I went to this facility again on 11/17/2017 because VCU sent me here to treat my thyroid condition. Saw the same quack doctor, still rude/abrupt. She cares more about trivial things than trying to treat any condition that you have....also said I have hypertension and tachycardia, which is FALSE. I've looked her up and she has a malpractice suit against her, not surprised. WHY HASN'T HER LICENSE BEEN REVOKED?!
