I'll admit that I've never actually rented from this property group before--THANK GOODNESS. I stopped by around August 2016 to take a look at a 2-bedroom duplex they had for rent. But the red flag went off when I was told that they only accept cash or money orders. No reputable property groups would accept CASH, and most all of them have a preference for personal checks (requiring money order only for the application fee if there is one). Seriously if a property group is even remotely concerned about bounced checks from tenant, that only means that they don't screen their tenants appropriately in the first place. The young lady whom I spoke to there, I believe her name was Heather, also has a somewhat condescending attitude and overall not professional considering representing a realty group. Fortunately for me that after I declined to rent from them, I was offered a 3-bedroom single-family home with a fenced-in yard, front and back patio/deck in a nicer more modern part of the same neighborhood with great neighbors from a friendly private landlord who values my tenancy and appreciated my perfect rent history and proof of timely rent payment the past 3 years. I would advise potential tenants or even private homeowners looking to rent their house to stay away from this property rental group. They seem shady.

Prince George realty assured me that they only look at rental history when i applied. They told me to print out my credit karma report to check for evictions and judgements for landlords/ rent. this was not the case. Dont waste your application fee unless you have perfect credit. They will pocket your money and not even give you a reciept!!!
They were rude!
They suck! We left our rental house a few weeks ago and i scrubbed that house top to bottom, it was CLEAN. The agent even said it smelled super clean.. just got back our deposit and its not what it was supposed to be. It was $300 short, with an invoice from a cleaning company. The house was SPOTLESS when we left, such bs!! Ill never deal with them again.
