The food is good, but the customer service is bad.
Absolutely horrible. Took an hour for me to call them back to ask where my food is, then to get yelled at by the lady on the phone saying I gave her the wrong phone number, a phone number I had never heard of before. Did not appreciate that, at all. I canceled my order and got Italian instead. SMH
Their General Tso's chicken along with their pork fried rice is always to die for, always done in less than 20 minutes as well, so thats fantastic.
My only complaint is that when asked to be spicy but isnt very. But its just so good i cant take away a star for something that small..
Very good for a fair price. Always quick, usually done in about 15 min. Try the hot and sour soup!
My General Tso's chicken was chewy. The dumpling sauce tasted more like soy sauce. The crab ragoo had zero flavor. I will be finding a new place to order Chinese from.
