Savanna and Katie both assisted me in buying a complete set of headed gear. I have never had folks make me feel so welcomed and appreciated in any store before. Both of them made sure I understood everything about my gear purchases. I had some service work done as well and Scott and Clint took great care of my TriGlide as well as making it look brand new before I left. I ride 85 miles one way to get to this dealership and I am happy to do so again! I look forward to dealing with this dealership again.
I am new to the Harley family and your service department welcomed me and took care of me and my bike like a good family does. It was truly my best experience I have ever had with service performed on all the vehicles I've owned. Scott who helped me out front explained to me everything that was involved, made some recommendations for better performance and just made me feel good about having my bike serviced there. I can't remember the Tech that worked on my bikes name, but I remember his face and will definitely seek him out next visit to personally thank him. I would also like to thank the guys in parts and the young ladies in the apparel and gear department also. Overall, Colonial Harley is just Awesome and look forward to continuing to do business with you all.
