Came here for a yard sale they had for the current tenants to help clean out their units. The staff was very friendly and the fact that they let tenants have yard sales on site was pretty nice of them.
fell on hard times back in 2013 and fell behind on the storage payments about 280$ to 300$ somewhere along that amount and i begged and begged the older gentlemam and a female numerous of times to please please allow me to have my deceased infant stillborn daughters birth certificate,pictures,tiny lil bracelet and memorial booklet from her funeral they were so coldhearted and said no i know they had every right to sell everything that was in there but why couldn't you just allow me to get just that they were of no use to anyone else there were very expensive items in the storage that were valued at way more than what was owed and none of that matterd I just wanted my babies pictures im assuming that my baby's belongings are in the garbage non existent now
I had a great experience at Prince George Self Storage. The managers Wil and Linda Frederiksen are very kind and helpful. I only needed the storage unit for about three weeks because I was waiting to move in my new home. I was able to use free moving truck when we got ready to move in which was an added bonus! I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.
Great experience with this storage facility. They have a truck to help you move in and out if needed and are quick and efficient when dealing with paperwork, questions, etc. Pricing was reasonable and never had any issues with billing.
The staff are very nice and professional. The facility is very clean and the rates are the best in the Tri-Cities area! Highly recommend this storage facility over any other one I rented!
