Management could use some improvement but over all a great park
They were very nice and helpful. Still haven't gotten a response about my application. I like everything they have to offer
Management is horrible! Can't get anyone to do what they say they will do or return a call. Not to mention, we have gone through 4 managers in less than 2 years. It's sad because I love the neighborhood but I can't get a manager to return a call. Having to get a news channel involved and possibly an attorney just to get results.
Worst managment i have ever seen in my life. Manager when we moved in was great, dont know what they were thinking with this one. I could go on a lot more like all the flooding when it rains,,allowing construction crews to work on saturday morning at 7:00 AM . Ect.... but it doesn,t change anything.
Management is horrible!!! They are hard to get in touch with and when they are in the office they keep the door locked! They are not military friendly by any means! No customer service skills what so ever!!! When you call corporate.....you get the same response most of the time!!!
