Bad place to live. Rules are only for the ones who lives in the park. The people who runs the park, let's the grass grow very high before they cut it, does not repair anything, all trash cans are broken, promise a pool and has not receive one, promise top soil to fill in holes and not receive any, speed bumps broken, holes in road, very high lot rent and don't have ammenties.
Don't and I repeat DON'T DO IT. If you have any other options in a place to live, go there.This place has been nothing but a problem since I moved here. They have changed managers four times in the one year that I have stayed here.And with every manager comes a new determination of what they claim is allowed. The only consistent that they have is they all like and promise you things that aren't going to happen anytime soon. They just kicked my neighbor out for for having a metal roof wheile the rent office has a metal roof. They claim it was because that want to expand the property and want a certain look, then they go and board the place up like some meth house. They claim to want grass cut and they want keep a nice looking environment, until it's the area they are supposed to maintain then it's every excuse under the sun as to why it's not done.They won't fill in holes and low lying area, nothing is fixed and yet the lot rent goes up every year regardless of . Long story short don't move here.... YOU'VE BEEN WARNED
