ive lived in the park for 15 years now... don't think I would live anywhere else.. The staff is great!.. Mr. J looks out for the well being of everyone and doesn't take no crap from those who want to test him and try to manipulate him. Don't listen to these other folks.. they are just mad because they don't pay their bills and then cry when someone has to remind them!
The best place to live and they are very nice Mobile home Park quite and well mantain ground
Nothing to do there, landlord and supervisors don't do anything.

Fair pricing for lots but many trailers or becoming slightly dated. Some siding and paint would go a long way.
